What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Building Management, Facility Management, or Property Management, At least 2-3 years of managerial experience, In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), fire suppression systems, and safety standards, team management and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities for urgent situations
What You'll Do.
Manage and oversee all engineering activities and operations within the organization
Ensure that projects and operations run efficiently while meeting established safety standards
and budget constraints
Manage and control all engineering operations to align with company policies
Participate in short-term and long-term engineering planning
Prepare and control project budgets
including monitoring and controlling expenditures
Oversee and manage complex engineering projects from design and development through construction and inspection
ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet technical specifications
Plan and execute Planned Preventative Maintenance activities and repair systems
and equipment to minimize downtime and increase production efficiency
Lead and motivate engineering teams and staff under supervision
including setting objectives
performance evaluation
and identifying training needs
and maintain Safe Systems of Work while ensuring technical quality of all projects and products meets or exceeds established standards
Serve as the central point for systematic resolution of complex technical and operational problems
including Root Cause Analysis for continuous improvement
