Must Have

Bachelor of Engineering, 20+ years of experience in quality management experience preferably Capital Machinery/ Packaging Machineries /associated Packaging Industry Like – Printers, Conveyors, Coders etc, Considerable and diverse demonstrable experience of leading a quality function with a proven track record in strategic quality leadership delivering effective quality strategies, policies, processes and systems, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Knowledge and technical understanding of machine building and product safety, Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities

Nice to Have

QMS ISO9001: 2015, 8D, six sigma, lean tools, 5S, Suggestion Scheme, Six Sigma

What You'll Do.

Maintain and update QMS ISO9001: 2015 to ensure company wide compliance.

Prepare for and lead Internal and External Audits

Customer and Certification Audits.

Develop & Implement best practice quality visions

policies and procedures to support business objectives.

Establish and oversee Inspection at various stages i. e. (Incoming

Inprocess and Final Inspection) to ensure precision and compliance.

Ensure product meets the safety standards as defined in the applicable directives

Lead investigations into part and product defects

customer/assembly complains using 8D

lean tools to ensure preventive actions

Lead and manage the quality function from new product conception through to warranty analysis to ensure a proactive culture so that customers receive the product to the highest standard of quality possible.

Collaborate with Engineering & Procurement to monitor supplier performance to ensure incoming parts meet specifications.

Analyze Quality Metrics

report on Key Performance Indicators to Senior Management And manage Quality budgets.

Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives (5S

Six Sigma) to reduce waste

improve efficiency and enhance product quality.
