Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, 10 years of related work experience, At least two projects bigger than $100M, Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.), Familiarity with AASHTO regulations, Familiarity with FHWA regulations, Familiarity with PennDOT regulations, Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Familiarity with CAD software, Familiarity with PC software for engineering, Ability to establish and maintain good relationships
Nice to Have
Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), Experience with PennDOT, P3 experience in large projects, Design Build experience in large projects, >$500M project experience, Contractor side experience, Designer side experience, Knowledge of means and methods, Knowledge of construction techniques, On-site experience on civil projects, Field experience on civil projects, Knowledge of scheduling software, Experience with Microsoft Project, Experience with P-6
