What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in BSA/AML compliance, specifically at a fintech, neobank, or sponsor bank., Deep expertise in US regulatory frameworks, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC requirements., Direct experience managing and scaling filing alert and investigation workflows, KYC/CIP programs, and high-risk customer due diligence., Proven track record of managing regulatory examinations (OCC, FDIC, or Fed) and independent AML audits., Proficiency with modern compliance tooling and data analysis.
What You'll Do.
Own the end-to-end BSA/AML
and OFAC programs from manual oversight to a tech-first operation.
Take full ownership of transaction monitoring strategies and KYC/KYB architecture.
Partner closely with Operations on system builds and execution.
Build a competitive compliance stack.
Manage the relationship with regulators and customers.
Defend compliance logic with data and confidence.
Ensure compliance systems are the foundation for new products and markets.
Understand how money moves through infrastructure.
Identify gaps in current compliance controls.
Write or update policies.
Automate compliance processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory and partner reviews.
Defend the BSA program with data.
Reduce false positives in transaction monitoring.
Lead quality assurance and regulatory reporting.
Build confidence in compliance pace.
Build for future markets
Make compliance a competitive advantage.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work directly with the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Operating Officer.; Partner closely with Operations.
