As a Recycling Centre Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recycling depot. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: * Supervise and lead a small team providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and support * Ensure maximum operational uptime and processing volumes through efficient management of operational team * Responsible for all depot WHS governance, practices and improvements * Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders * Work on the ground with team when work volume demands are high * Maintain a professional and clean work environment staff and customers * Troubleshoot with Technician on RVM issues * Compliance with TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines ## Qualifications The successful candidate will be someone who can contribute to the success of the business whilst seeking ongoing personal and professional develop
