What You'll Do.
Provide administrative service
Maintain processes to excellent standard
Deal with day-to-day cost reporting
Manage and process weekly payroll
Record purchase orders
Keep absence management records up to date
Provide cover for finance administration team
Be cross trained with finance administration team
Administer stocks of uniforms
Administer operational stationary
Raise authorised orders
Add new starters to training platforms
Add agency drivers to training platforms
Add cover drivers to training platforms
Administer self employed process daily
Process additional payments
Update vehicle mileages records
Perform financial reconciliation to depot reports
Carry out Driver Licence checks
Validate own van driver documentation
Validate Forklift Truck certificate checks
Organise refresher training
Administer fuel stocks
Administer fuel orders
Carry out local operational quality audits
Maintain operational controls
Comment on SOP of vehicles not being used
Upload compliance documentation
Upload HGV documentation
Check driver reported defects have been actioned
Support completion of Employee New Starter Onboarding
Carry out administrative tasks for Absence Management
Draft letters in relation to D&G processes
Draft letters in relation to AMP processes
Collate information for HR Admin
Communicate information to HR Admin
