Must Have
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, Previous customer service and/or sales experience, Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner, Ability to identify and willingness to act upon sales and service opportunities, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, Ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure, Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions, Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy, Knowledge of Access Credit Union’s products and services, Ability to follow standardized policies and procedures, Basic knowledge of financial statements, Knowledge of risk management within the financial industry, Proficient computer skills

What You'll Do.

Build member relationships
Open new personal and corporate memberships
Process debit card applications
Process credit card applications
Assist members with alternate banking channels
Administer specialized accounts
Process specialized accounts
Communicate product terms and conditions
Ensure product is within member's risk tolerance
Provide clear instructions
Complete proper documentation
Administer required reports
Process required reports
Act as member contact point for Fiserv/Clover inquiries
Maintain knowledge of credit union policies
Adhere to credit union policies
Observe credit union policies
Observe security requirements
Operate as primary contact for members
Manage member relationships
Retain existing member relationships
Expand existing member relationships
Pursue new sources of business
Participate in staff meetings
Share information and ideas
Support achievement of branch sales goals
