6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or Epic integrations, Experience at a high-growth startup where you wore multiple hats, A track record of owning complex, high-stakes client relationships, Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages, troubleshooting software, debugging integrations, AI tools expertise (LLMs, automation) in your own workflows, A background in healthcare
