Proven experience managing production or deployment operations, Experience leading or supervising teams responsible for deployment, production, or operational delivery, Proficiency with workflow planning, workforce scheduling, and capacity management tools, Hands-on experience with asset management systems and inventory tracking, Background in hardware configuration and large-scale device deployments, leadership, organization, and communication skills, Experience with Intune, Chrome enrollment, ZTE, and Windows Imaging, Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Stand, bend, lift, walk and carry products in any combination for up to 8 hours at a time, History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines, Comfort working in a warehouse environment
What You'll Do.
Oversee end-to-end deployment operations
Ensure deployments are executed efficiently
Lead deployment projects from initiation through completion
Develop production plans aligned to project requirements
Define project timelines
Manage vendor relationships and order fulfillment
Maintain accurate vendor and deployment inventory
Generate regular asset reports
Oversee asset labeling and identification processes
Coordinate device delivery
Oversee planning and configuration of hardware and software deployments
Ensure deployment standards are consistently applied
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers; Collaborate closely with internal teams to align deployment requirements; Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment activities
