Must Have

High School diploma or GED, Minimum 3 years experience in scrap metal, manufacturing, or warehousing, Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory, lead, or similar position, Ability to read, understand, and speak English, Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages, Basic computer skills, Ability to talk and hear, Visual abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus, Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach, use hands and fingers, Ability to occasionally sit, kneel, stoop, and climb, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Nice to Have

Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel a plus, Ability to read, understand, and speak Spanish is a plus, Experience in non-ferrous scrap metal industry related to grading and alloy identification preferred, Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus
