Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the Department Supervisor is responsible for managing workflow, ensuring quality and throughput objectives are met, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive work environment. This role involves leading a team of employees by setting clear expectations, providing hands-on training, and evaluating performance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and committed to upholding safety standards, promoting productivity, and fostering a culture of inclusion. Key responsibilities include assigning tasks to meet production goals, reporting daily outputs, monitoring equipment for issues, managing inventory levels for department supplies, and enforcing company policies.
