This position partners closely with the Oral Surgeon(s), clinical leadership, and support teams to create an efficient, organized, and patient‑centered practice environment. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, front office and business functions, team leadership, scheduling optimization, financial performance, and exceptional patient service. This role requires strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity, communication, and excellence in care. ### Office Manager Mission To foster a supportive, respectful, and collaborative workplace where team members feel valued and motivated.
