Must Have
A minimum of 2 years of management experience, A high school diploma or equivalent, A welcoming smile and a positive attitude that creates a friendly and inviting atmosphere for both patients and staff, communication and customer service skills to ensure effective interaction with patients and team members, Proven leadership abilities, with a talent for leading by example and motivating the team to succeed, A natural desire and ability to connect with and serve guests, ensuring they feel valued and well cared for, Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to stay organized and focused while working in a fast-paced environment
