Must Have
Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment, Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows, Excellent teaching and facilitation skills, Clear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills, Customer-first mindset, Highly organized and accountable, Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments, Organized and efficient in managing multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer touch points, Persuasive and supportive coach

Lead new practices through onboarding
Deliver engaging training sessions
Demonstrate best practices in scanning
Build credibility and clinical trust
Take ownership of each launch
Serve as a trusted coach post-launch
Monitor early scan quality
Identify gaps in product usage
Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions
