Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist with active license in good standing. This role is in-person at our Bridgewater, NJ headquarters office, with travel for career events and meetings throughout territory as needed Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary + discretionary bonus potential OUR POSITION: Our Dental Hygiene Recruiter will join the Talent team in identifying, screening, and coordinating the successful placement of new team members across our rapidly expanding organization which currently supports 160+ dental offices across several states in the Northeast. This position reports to the Chief Talent Officer and Director of Talent and is responsible for aiding in sourcing Dental Hygiene candidates, reviewing applications, building pipelines, aiding in new Talent initiatives, and coordinating with candidates through their full application life cycle as they enter our organization.
