Associate degree preferred, 3 years customer service experience preferred, 3 years direct medical care experience preferred, 3 years direct dental care experience preferred, Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Perform clerical duties
Ensure optimal patient flow
Provide customer service
Manage patient registration
Manage insurance eligibility
Connect uninsured with enrollment services
Manage dental appointments

Process accurate payments
Support organization as needed
