### Pediatric Dental Front Desk **$25–$30/hour | Full-Time** Join our fun, fast-paced pediatric dental practice as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused professional who enjoys working with children and families while helping create a positive, welcoming office experience. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and parents, helping ensure smooth scheduling, excellent communication, and a seamless front-office experience from check-in to check-out. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy building relationships while keeping operations running efficiently, we’d love to meet you. ### What You’ll Do * Greet patients and families warmly, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere * Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication * Answer phones and respond to patient questions professionally and compassionately * Verify insurance information and assist families with understanding coverage and payments * Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation * Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day * Reactivate overdue patients and help maintain a productive schedule * Collect patient payments and support front office financial processes ### What We’re Looking For * Previous dental front desk or dental office experience preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy office * Positive, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset * Comfortable discussing scheduling, insurance, and financial information with patients and families * Experience with dental software and scheduling systems is a plus ### Schedule **This is a full-time, 40-hour position.** * Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM _(Includes a 1½-hour lunch break daily)_ * Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM _(Administrative day – office closed to patients)_ * Wednesday
