3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, Familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows, Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 25-30%, Located near a major airport or transport hub, Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles, Comfortable operating independently in the field, Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, Solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption

Reinforce best practices
Take ownership of each practice’s success
Drive early case submission
Reinforce clinical urgency
Build confidence during and immediately after training
Partner with clinicians and practice leaders

Support early adoption
Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days
Surface targeted coaching opportunities
Assess readiness across clinical workflows
Assess team structure
