Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the Consumer Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry, results orientation with a proven ability to deliver against KPIs and business objectives, Self-driven, agile, and proactive with a dynamic, growth mindset, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to analyze customer behavior and identify business opportunities, Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
Science or Healthcare background is an advantage, Exposure to or experience working with university hospitals, government clinics, and Ministry of Health stakeholders will be highly regarded

Support Expert Sales priorities and goals
Ensure achievement of DHCP recommendation
Manage sample forecasting and distribution
Achieve cycle call objectives
Meet customer service benchmarks
Ensure execution of sales force effectiveness
Maintain professional relationships with dental associations
Maintain relationships with dental schools
Maintain relationships with the ministry of health
Maintain relationships with KOLs
Build rapport with administrative staff
Build rapport with clinical staff
Report team activities to line manager
Prepare detailing/sales reports
Prepare events reports
Plan lunch & learn sessions
Organize lunch & learn sessions
Conduct lunch & learn sessions for dental nurses
Conduct lunch & learn sessions for group practices
Seek opportunities to provide talks to dental students
Provide talks at government dental hospitals/clinics
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Maintain professional relationships with dental associations, dental schools, the ministry of health, and KOLs; Build and maintain good rapport with both administrative and clinical staff within dental clinics; Regularly report team activities to the line manager
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; Ability to analyze customer behavior; Ability to identify business opportunities
