We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our office! Our dental assistants: * assist the doctor during treatment procedures * set up and break down operatories * take and process x rays * sterilize and maintain instruments * provide patients with follow up instructions * educate patients on oral hygiene This position is full time Monday – Thursday. We offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and generous paid time off (PTO). We are looking for someone with dental experience (preferred). Dental Assistant Certificate and X-ray Certificate required where state regulations specify. Physical Requirements This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending up to 8 hours a day. Will be required to carry, transport, and use tools and equipment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
