Previous experience as Demi Chef, Relevant Australian cookery qualifications, Knowledge of cooking techniques, Understanding of HACCP, Understanding of OH&S, Understanding of kitchen hygiene, Teamwork skills, Communication skills, Positive attitude, Proactive attitude, Passion for cooking, Flexibility to work shifts
Nice to Have
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

Prepare and cook dishes
Assist in meal development
Assist in meal plating
Maintain organisation
Maintain compliance with food safety
Maintain compliance with hygiene standards
Maintain compliance with WHS standards
Work collaboratively with kitchen team
Ensure efficient service
Ensure smooth operations
Support junior kitchen staff
