Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for a skilled and motivated Demi Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while helping deliver a high-quality dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Include: * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and guest expectations. * Assist in the development and plating of high-quality meals. * Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards. * Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations. * Support and mentor junior kitchen staff where required. * Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen efficiency improvements. Shift Details (subject to change): * Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday * Shifts may include breakfast, lunch, and dinner services * Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $29.88 per hour Saturday: $37.35 per h
