Contribute to work actively towards overall capacity and material availability for both middle range MRP and long term forecast, drive for a balance of customer demand fulfilment and Inventory level. **What a typical day looks like****:** * Overall responsibility to the processes within Material & Planning. * Lead and coordinate work in the function according to department requirements and guidelines * Continuously improve and develop processes which related to forecast, Inventory management. * Drive ITO improvement together with purchase team. * Utilize efficiently of the human resources in own area of responsibility. * Employee competence development responsibility for the Material & Planning team. * Responsible for performance review in Material & Planning Team. * Influence employee compensation arrangements and pay rates. * Approve payments and costs within authorized range. * Order and grant overtime, training, and leaves. * Other tasks assigned by Head of Supply Chain Management. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team****:** * Bachelor or above * 10 y
