Come be part of Inetum! We’re looking for a highly driven Demand & Portfolio Manager to take ownership of non-standard IT work requests within the Workplace Products portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the bridge between business needs and technology delivery, ensuring the right solutions are scoped, prioritized, and delivered effectively. Responsibilities: Demand Intake & Scoping * Assess and route incoming requests to the right teams * Understand business needs and define the right solution (existing vs new) * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper scoping and alignment * Coordinate complex, cross-functional demands Demand Planning & Portfolio Management * Manage and prioritize the demand portfolio * Secure resources and resolve competing priorities * Transition major initiatives into formal projects Delivery Oversight & Reporting * Own the end-to-end Demand Management process * Track progress, report on outcomes, and ensure timely delivery * Keep stakeholders informed on status and roadmap decisions ## Qualifications What You Bring: * Proven expertise in Demand Management and related processes * Strong understanding of product organizations, roadmaps, and governance structures * Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL) and product catalogues * Solid knowledge of insurance business environments and IT ecosystems * Experience in portfolio management , project delivery , and cross-program dependencies * Strong stakeholder management and client-first mindset * Ability to operate in a global, multicultural environme
