By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that’s why we want you! ## ## Job Description: **What will you work on?** As the Demand Planning Lead, you will create and maintain SKU-level forecast models by incorporating business intelligence from sales, marketing, and finance. You will perform deep data analysis to recognize patterns and adjust forecasts, ensuring our supply chain is aligned to meet customer demand and business profit goals. **How will you create impact?** * Develop initial forecast models based on historical data and promotional causal factors. * Manage a demand plan at the SKU, customer, and Distribution Center (DC) level in both dollars and units. * Identify and resolve out-of-stock issues by analyzing safety stock levels and shortage occurrences. * Partner with account managers to review vendor scorecards and resolve chronic issues such as fill rates and forecast accuracy. * Collaborate with supply planners to track purchase order execution and inventory distribution from manufacturing to DCs. * Lead demand planning inputs for the S&OP process, making recommendations on consumption and financial plans. * Analyze impact of promotional strategies, including placement and acquisition methods, to optimize margins. * Conduct factory capacity and supplier make-plan analysis for promotional and seasonal inventory. **What are your skills and experience?** * A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. * Proven experience in demand planning and operational business aspects (e.g., lead times, MOQ, safety stocks)
