What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, Minimum of 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related planning roles, Experience with forecasting analysis, historical data cleansing, outlier management, and demand planning processes within Integrated Business Planning environments, Experience in collaborative demand planning with key customers and distributors, Knowledge of WAPA and BIAS analysis and forecast accuracy management, Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken
