We are designed to bring value, lead technology innovation, and provide Motorola Solutions a competitive advantage on revenue, cost, cash, and delivery. ## Job Description The Demand Analyst is a member of the North America Demand Planning team that is responsible for developing a demand plan, participating in S&OP, and executing a multi year demand plan to support the business objectives of Revenue, Cost, Cash, and Customer Experience. In this role you will be responsible for: * Demand Planning - Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool, reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast results. * Forecast Accuracy - Create and implement processes to achieve best in class performance * Demand Stability - Identify practices that cause gyration to the supply base
