Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT, Management, or Supply Chain, 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Planning, Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

Research demand drivers
Prepare forecast data
Develop statistical forecast models
Evaluate forecast results
Identify global supply shortages
Calculate total revenue risk
Present revenue risk bi-quarterly
Create and implement processes for forecast accuracy
Identify practices causing supply base gyration
Systematically resolve supply base gyration
Collaborate with Supply Planning to achieve inventory targets
Drive alignment on demand plan over 2-year horizon

We are designed to bring value, lead technology innovation, and provide Motorola Solutions a competitive advantage on revenue, cost, cash, and delivery. ## Job Description The Demand Analyst is a member of the North America Demand Planning team that is responsible for developing a demand plan, participating in S&OP, and executing a multi year demand plan to support the business objectives of Revenue, Cost, Cash, and Customer Experience. **In this role you will be responsible for the following:** * Demand Planning - Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool, reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast results. * Global Revenue Modeling - Identify key global supply shortages across the business.
