What They're Looking For.

Oracle Proficiency is highly preferred, Game changer mindset is highly preferred, APIC CPIM certification, Demand Planning robust tools

Full Job Description
A Day in Your Life at MKS: As Demand Planning Analyst in MKS, you will partner with Production Planning, Marketing, Business Units, Procurement, Engineering, NPI, Production and IT areas, to build an accurate forecast through the SIOP process to ensure that the company will meet the strategic and company objectives, challenging and evaluating complex scenarios to solve supply constraints. In this role, you will report to the Demand Planning Manager. You Will Make an Impact By: * Examine historical shipments, utilize statistical forecast tools, collect forecast information input from Sales and documents the assumptions used in developing the forecast * Examine historical shipments, marketing/category trends, including consumption and utilize statistical forecast tools * Collect forecast information input from Marketing used in developing the forecast by item by week by customer and geography location where applicable. * Lead SIOP process and provide tactical initiatives to improve KPI´s related with the E2E process. * Either maintain or train someone to maintain the demand forecast for all product lines * Adjust forecast or make recommendations to adjust the forecast through every demand cycle. * Complete all required education and training and participates in implementation and development of new forecasting software. * First contact for Sales and Customer Marketing (Trade) regarding variances outside tolerance, and in gathering building blocks/assumptions applied to forecasts. * Develop strategic scenarios to evaluate risks and opportunities in each Business Unit in the company. Skills You Bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience * 2+ years of relevant experience working in a diverse and global supply chain organization with wide range of products. * Demand planning or leading experience across multiple products. * Oracle Proficiency is highly preferred. * Experience with Excel, Outlook and Word. *
