What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field, Minimum of 3 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain or commercial operations, proven experience in S&OP processes, Advanced knowledge of Excel, Advanced knowledge of SAP (ERP/IBP), Advanced knowledge of Power BI or Tableau, The ability to translate complex data into clear insights and well-founded recommendations, communication skills to connect and convince diverse stakeholders – from local to global, A structured way of working, maintaining overview in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Nice to Have
experience with AI-driven forecasting, APICS (CSCP, CPIM) certification, ISM (CPSM) certification

You translate commercial insights and market data into reliable forecasts, steer Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP) processes and ensure that supply chain and business are always aligned. Accountabilities As a Demand Planner, you are responsible for steering the demand planning process for the Western Europe Commercial Unit. You ensure that forecasts are accurate, inventory levels are optimal and that strategic decision-making is supported by reliable data. You lead the monthly demand review process and coordinate alignment between the commercial, marketing and supply chain teams. Together with stakeholders, you develop robust 5-year plans that connect to Syngenta's global strategy. You are the link between data and decision-making.
