SASMAR is seeking a dedicated **Demand Planner** to join our vibrant team in Ta' Xbiex, Malta. As a leader in the pharmaceutical industry specializing in personal care and fertility products, including our well-regarded Conceive Plus brand, we distribute our products across more than 70 countries through a network of pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets, and clinics. In the role of Demand Planner, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of demand forecasting, optimizing inventory levels, and enhancing our supply chain processes to meet customer needs effectively. ### Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand planning with promotional and marketing strategies. * Analyze and monitor demand patterns to identify trends and improve forecasting accuracy. * Work closely with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels. * Support the creation of inventory management strategies that align supply with demand effectively. * Evaluate and adjust forecasts regularly to reflect changes in demand, lead times, and business dynamics. * Prepare and present demand forecasts and recommendations to senior management for decision-making. * Utilize forecasting software and tools to enhance precision in demand planning. * Participate in sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings to facilitate collaboration between different departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel. * Familiarity with demand planning software and ERP systems. * Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environmen
