Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management, analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel, Familiarity with demand planning software and ERP systems, Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, Ability to think critically and adapt to changing demands, Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Fluency in additional languages are a plus
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
Analyze and monitor demand patterns
Work closely with supply chain and inventory management teams
Support the creation of inventory management strategies
Evaluate and adjust forecasts regularly
Prepare and present demand forecasts
Utilize forecasting software and tools
Participate in sales and operations planning meetings

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams; Work closely with supply chain and inventory management teams; Participate in sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings to facilitate collaboration between different departments
