## Description We are seeking a highly capable Demand Generation Specialist to own and optimize the entire demand generation funnel, from campaign execution through to qualified pipeline creation. This is a hands-on role that combines paid media management, lead nurturing, webinar-driven demand generation, lead magnet strategy, and performance measurement. You will be responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving revenue-generating programs across multiple channels while ensuring every marketing activity is connected to measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a commercially focused marketer who thrives on data, optimization, and full-funnel ownership. You will be joining a dynamic, growth-focused organization that leverages modern marketing technology, data-driven decision-making, and performance-led strategies to drive revenue growth. Ideal Profile Experience & Role Requirements 7–10 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related discipline. Proven success managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Experience designing and managing full-funnel marketing programs, including lead generation, MQL nurturing, and SQL conversion strategies. Strong background in revenue marketing, marketing attribution, reporting, and funnel performance analysis. Ability to independently execute, optimize, and scale marketing programs without requiring extensive oversight. Essential Systems & Tools Strong experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and automated nurturing workflows. Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms. Experience working with analytics, attribution, and dashboarding tools, supported by disciplined UTM tracking practices. Pre
