What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B environment, hands-on experience executing campaigns across paid, email/lifecycle, and organic channels, Experience managing paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and working with external vendors or agencies, Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements in conversion and pipeline outcomes, Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps teams

Nice to Have

Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup, Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms, understanding of SEO and content-driven growth strategies, Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing execution and workflows, Background in healthcare, senior living, or adjacent industries
