Demand Generation Manager Function: Marketing Reports to: Director, Demand Generation Reviewed: 05.2026 Location: Remote - Australia Position Summary: As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing demand generation strategies that drive high-quality pipeline and accelerate revenue growth across the ANZ market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage modern marketing technologies — including AI-powered tools — and implement data-driven campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline across both enterprise and SMB segments. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, marketing automation, and a genuine curiosity for applying AI to improve campaign efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop compelling multi-channel marketing programs across the ANZ region to generate demand, capture engagement, and grow the sales pipeline across both enterprise and SMB segments. Deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team, enabling them to achieve their new customer acquisition and revenue targets. Build integrated plans by partnering with other marketing functions including field marketing, content, social media, product marketing, and marketing operations Create and optimise AI-assisted nurture streams using intent signals, web behaviour, and customer journey data to deliver timely, personalised engagement — maximising the impact of a smaller ANZ database by prioritising quality of engagement over volume. Develop, execute, promote and produce strong webinar campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive registrants, attendees and on-demand consumption.
