What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand/lead generation, Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and measurable marketing ROI, Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Pardot and Salesforce, analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend, cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, organizational and project management skills, Permanent US work authorization required
Nice to Have
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, Quota-carrying sales experience, Background in B2B and/or SaaS marketing, Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and modern marketing technology stacks

Providing marketing consultation and support to the Recruiting team

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical rigor, with experience operating in a fast-paced start-up environment. This Manager role involves close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Recruiting teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, while leveraging data, technology, and AI-driven tools to continuously optimize performance and ROI.
