Must Have

Requires 4-6 years in demand gen, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in a startup, B2B SaaS, or ad tech company. Must have a proven track record running paid campaigns that generate pipeline, comfort with both enterprise B2B and self-serve/SMB motions, and strong data fluency, attribution, and analytical instincts. The candidate should be able to translate a GTM brief into a channel plan independently and be AI-forward with good judgment.

Nice to Have

Experience in ad tech, location intelligence, or marketing technology. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic DSPs like The Trade Desk. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. Experience with both brand and performance budget allocation. Experience with LLMs and Gen-AI platforms.
