What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 4-7 years of experience in a Demand Generation role, Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated marketing programs, Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally Hubspot), Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and funnel analytics, command of paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with demonstrated ROI management, Analytical mindset with a proven ability to tease out trends from complex data sets to drive process improvements, Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously, Work well cross functionally, Effectively communicate project status, needs and blockers and keep stakeholders informed, Communication (both verbal and written) is clear, precise, proactive, and drives value across all audience types, Self-starter who operates independently and proactively shares learnings across the growth marketing team, Applicants must be currently authorized to work (and based) in the United States
Nice to Have
Experience with ABM platforms preferred (e.g. Demand Science, Terminus etc.), Familiarity with intent data and signal-based outreach is a plus
What You'll Do.
Own and accelerate pipeline growth engine for Chartbeat and Tubular
Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and Sales
Ensure every lead is captured
and nurtured effectively
Holistic owner of the lead lifecycle
Building target lists
Managing multi-channel campaigns
Analyzing funnel performance
Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (Paid Social
and Content Syndication)
Use data-driven insights and A/B testing (messaging
and CTAs) to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI
Optimize campaigns across the full funnel
from awareness to decision
Qualify inbound leads and oversee automatic qualification
Respond to inbound inquiries and assist in scheduling qualification meetings
Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-priority segments
Coordinate lead generation activities for industry events and other field marketing activities
Partner with the Content Marketing team to develop content strategies (webinars
etc.) that fuel lead generation efforts
Work closely with Product Marketing to align campaigns to positioning and ICP messaging
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align on lead quality, conversion goals, and feedback loops; In close collaboration with the Events team, coordinate lead generation activities for industry events and other field marketing activities; Partner with the Content Marketing team to develop content strategies; Work closely with Product Marketing to align campaigns to positioning and ICP messaging; Work well cross functionally; Effectively communicate project status, needs and blockers and keep stakeholders informed; proactively shares learnings across the growth marketing team
