**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients** **Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 3500000 (ie INR 20-35 LPA)** Min Experience: 8+ years Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Head of Demand Generation** to lead and scale our demand generation and lead acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive pipeline growth, generate qualified leads, and support revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **Demand Generation, Lead Generation, and Inside Sales** , with the ability to align marketing and sales initiatives to maximize conversion and business growth. The Head of Demand Generation will work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and business development teams to build high-performing campaigns, optimize funnel performance, and establish scalable lead generation processes. Experience in **staffing sales** or workforce solutions will be an added advantage. **Requirements** ### Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth. * Design and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, events, and outbound outreach. * Build, lead, and mentor high-performing demand generation and inside sales teams. * Collaborate with sales leadership to define lead qualification criteria, service-level agreements (SLAs), and conversion strategies. * Establish and optimize lead nurturing programs to improve prospect engagement and accelerate the buyer journey. * Oversee inside sales operations, ensuring effective outreach, lead follow-up, and appointment-setting processes. * Monitor campaign performance, analyze funnel metrics, and implement continuous improvements to maximize ROI. * Leverage marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools t
