What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-8 years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing, Proven ability to design and ship full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels, analytical rigor: comfortable pulling data, interpreting funnel performance, and making fast decisions, High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by impact over process
Nice to Have
early-stage and high-growth strongly preferred, Creative problem-solver who can generate test ideas and turn successful experiments into scalable playbooks, Experience with attribution, funnel instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks (GA4, GTM, SQL a plus), Prior people management experience is a plus, but not required, demonstrated ownership, mentorship, and leadership potential

including the opportunity to manage and grow a small team as the company scales
How You'll Work.

You'll define the strategy, run the experiments, and turn what works into repeatable pipeline. You'll own paid and organic demand channels, design nurture campaigns, and work closely with Sales to make sure leads are worked. This role is for someone who has helped build demand gen before, maybe as a founder, maybe as an early marketing hire, or maybe as someone who has started leading a small team and wants to scale that experience further.
