JOB PURPOSE Role Overview As the Demand Fulfillment Manager for the Personal Care (PC) category in Arabia, you will lead the demand & supply planning agenda for the PC categories in Arabia, sitting at the core of the S process. You will partner closely with PC Category Teams, Customer Development, Marketing, Sourcing Units (SUs), Market & Sales Organizations (MSOs), Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to deliver an integrated volume and sales plan. You will own the short-, mid- and long-term sales forecast, proactively manage demand–supply risks, and secure sustainable business performance across the Skin Cleansing, Oral and Deodorants sub-categories.
