Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, Proven experience (8 years +) in demand planning within the FMCG industry or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment, Proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques, analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Digital Literacy
Nice to Have
Experience in project management, Digital Acumen and Innovation, Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, Ability to work independently and build cross-functional partnerships across the organization, Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, Knowledge in 2nd language

Monitor and analyse demand drivers
Oversee statistical forecast preparation
Adjust baseline forecast
Maintain knowledge of forecast components
Identify opportunity for forecasting methods
