What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to manage, coach, and hold others accountable., Minimum 10 years of experience working in demand/supply planning and complex analytical and numerical roles., Experience in dealing with a large number of SKUs, Developed knowledge of inventory management software (SAP), spreadsheets and databases and be proficient in computer-based programs specifically Excel.
Nice to Have
Tertiary Qualification in Supply Chain Management or similar field, Project Management Qualification, Developed knowledge of SAP APO(SNP/DP), Experience developing of Power Bi dashboard., Excellent relationship management skills, High level of analytical skills, Enthusiastic self-starter
What You'll Do.
Leading the demand and supply planning function in the country.
Managing projects and activities relating to demand forecasting

Monitoring the performance and training needs of the team and fulfilling the team aspiration and on job training requirement.
