What You'll Achieve.

Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals; Meet or exceed weekly in store time goals; Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis; Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance; Effectively execute sales activities inside each location during all visits; Effectively demonstrate an on-going ability to establish, maintain and influence business relationships through increased shelf space, product placement and consistent productivity; Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment, Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage

Nice to Have

6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred, 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments

Building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores

Cultivating relationships and building excitement about the Dell brand and products

Leveraging relationships to aid in selling

and merchandising Dell products

Refreshing product displays on a quarterly basis

Building partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside of stores

Educating retail associates on latest Dell offerings

Ensuring Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained

Physically visiting various retailers

generating brand excitement

Enhancing the Dell brand experience for shoppers

Demonstrating and promoting Dell products at retailers

discussing product features and providing hands-on demonstrations

Ensuring all retailer sales personnel are highly knowledgeable on the unique selling points of Dell devices

Conducting experience events to engage Retail Sales Associates and customers

Confirming display devices are clean

and available for customers to use

Inspecting branded displays and marketing materials

Conducting survey of in-store branded fixtures and displays and recording findings

Partnering with store leaders on solutions for pricing or merchandising issues

including placement or removal of devices and marketing material

Providing insight into marketplace trends of territory retailers

Collecting consumer insights weekly

Gathering intelligence from stores which are exceeding sales performance

Providing data on competitor pricing

and customer preference or sentiment

Driving brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities

Developing partnership with retail store management

Scheduling and facilitating sales and product training

Ensuring current products are displayed

Setting Retail Display Resets and Refreshes as needed

Driving sales productivity through high quality sales interactions

Building and maintaining industry vertical affiliate distribution relationships

Assessing and communicating on-site needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral

Educating customers while making product recommendations

Meeting or exceeding personal sales productivity goals and key metrics

Accurately documenting and reporting sales

activities and best practices

Collecting customer feedback and providing sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations

Setting and maintaining brand merchandising in retail locations

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside of stores, including shoppers and retail associates; Partner with store leaders on solutions for pricing or merchandising issues; Develop partnership with retail store management to foster sales driving activities with associates
