Full Job Description

**Job Type:** Regular **Work Location:** Excelsior, MN 55331 _**Overview:**_ **2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Representative, representing our client, Dell.** **About the Job** The Brand Representative (BA) will primarily be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores, on behalf of Dell. The ideal candidate is a “people-person” who can cultivate relationships and build excitement about the Dell brand and products. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers alike. The Brand Representative will leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products throughout the specified market. All product training will be provided, we just need you to bring your personality and positive energy. **Day-in-the-Life as a Dell Brand Advocacy Representative** * Typically work Tuesday - Saturday * Schedule is flexible to create a positive work/life balance as well as meet the needs of the business * Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis * Incentives will be provided based on designated sales goal performance for Dell products * Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside of stores, including shoppers and retail associates * Leverage relationship building to educate retail associates on latest Dell offerings * Ensure Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained by regularly inspecting all Dell branded displays and marketing * Travel within assigned territory to physically visit various retailers, generating brand excitement from managers and retail associates **What’s in it for you?** * Weekly Pay, and next day pay on-demand with DailyPay * $18 per hour based on market location and candidate experience * Paid virtual training * Annual Incentive up to $4000, paid out quarterly * Eligible for benefits and 401k * Dell PC device provided after completion of new hire orien
