Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates
Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays
Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market
Guide consumers with product information
Coordinate Group trainings and execute
Promote the Dell brand to customers
Build relationships with store associates and management
Attend bi-annual meetings for training and enrichment
Drive Dell market share through sales engagement
Deliver high-quality customer interactions
Train and motivate retail associates
Build relationships with store managers
Ensure Dell displays are clean
and visually compelling
Execute retail resets and merchandising refreshes
Educate customers and recommend complete solutions
Capture customer feedback and provide insights
Accurately document sales activity
