What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 to 5 years of prior management experience in retail, merchandising, training, and/or field marketing of people and product, Home office space with broadband Internet connectivity required, Must be able to travel 30% of the year to various markets throughout the region and work flexible hours

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree a plus, Multi-unit management experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Direct oversight of the Dell Field Sales Managers (FSM) in the assigned Region

and coordinate the sales and merchandising activities of their assigned FSM’s

Drive retailer advocacy and product sellout

Hiring and onboarding top-talent FSM’s

Coaching and counseling on performance

Building partnerships with retail partners

Reporting and tracking performance metrics to goals

Make necessary strategic moves to improve performance

Responsible for the Region’s including payroll

Perform all other duties as assigned

Travel within the assigned area on a regular basis to effectively build relationships

ensure best practices

and implement 2020 and client strategies to drive sales

Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships within the Region

to understand and exceed mutual goals

Coaching and providing performance feedback for new and tenured including training

scheduling and execution of visits

completion of all reports

and overall performance to goal

Use storytelling capabilities to support client and internal partners with monthly presentations

to recap team performance and productivity

and coordinate FSM activities to meet and/or exceed sales and project goals

Ensure proper FSM training of sales techniques

Manage a quarterly contest budget for their region along with execution of contesting and upholding the integrity of the prizing

Contribute to overall team’s success by assisting in launch-related activities

Serve as the main point of contact for FSM’s within the region

Build effective teams; Plans and aligns with program KPI’s; Drives engagement and results; Directs work; Contribute to team’s success by using in-depth industry and team knowledge to provide insights of field issues on a regular basis, such as "red flags", rep productivity, product/display concerns; Willingness to assist in temporarily overseeing events or short-term projects; Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships within the Region, clients, and retailers, to understand and exceed mutual goals; Use storytelling capabilities to support client and internal partners with monthly presentations, via PowerPoint, to recap team performance and productivity; Contribute to overall team’s success by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed; Serve as the main point of contact for FSM’s within the region
