What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years Microsoft Office products, High school or equivalent, Valid and active driver's license, 21 years of age or older, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Able to obtain and maintain Driver Qualification File
Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, Prior Amazon experience, Problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to communicate effectively, History of meeting/exceeding goals, Experience leading teams, Providing direction to team members, Organization and time management skills, Experience delivering training, 2+ years professional driving experience, Knowledge of instructional theories, Dealing with ambiguity and competing priorities
