Eligibility Requirements

Interstate operating authority commerce regulations, Obtain and maintain Driver Qualification File, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles, Reliable transportation, Operate and navigate a 26,000 pounds or less vehicle, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work outside, Drive different motor vehicles over the road, Drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Participate in on-road processes on a regular basis, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, Flexible schedule/shift/work area, Work weekends, nights, and/or holidays, Gain DOT Regulation Qualification

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, High school or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required, Valid and active driver's license, Are 21 years of age or older, Authorized to work in the United States, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File

Nice to Have

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, Prior Amazon experience, Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization, History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals, Experience leading teams, Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment, Organization and time management skills, Experience delivering training both to individuals and groups, 2+ years of professional driving experience, Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of instructional theories: adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, virtual and classroom instruction, Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities

Independently instruct training sessions

Educate Delivery Associates on foundational safety

Ensure Delivery Associates are set up for success

Deliver customer orders on time

Partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)

Coordinate training related activities

Facilitate training related activities

Measure training related activities

Provide detailed understanding of processes

Provide detailed understanding of expectations

Provide detailed understanding of training requirements

Provide timely and accurate reporting on training completion

Provide accurate reporting on compliance

Provide accurate reporting on safety
