What You'll Achieve.
Ensure Delivery Associates are set up for success; Deliver customer orders on time; Develop non-CDL driver training

Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work outside, Drive different motor vehicles, Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles, Operate and navigate a 26,000 pounds or less vehicle, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, High school or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Can lift up to 49 pounds, Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, Valid and active driver's license, 21 years of age or older, Authorized to work in the United States, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File
Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, Prior Amazon experience, Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to communicate effectively, History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals, Experience leading teams, Capable of providing direction to team members, Organization and time management skills, Experience delivering training, 2+ years of professional driving experience, Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of instructional theories, Organizational skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, Proven ability to deal with competing priorities

Partner with Delivery Service Partners
Coordinate training related activities
Facilitate training related activities
Measure training related activities
Provide detailed understanding of processes
Provide detailed understanding of expectations
Provide detailed understanding of training requirements
Provide timely and accurate reporting
Report on completion of trainings
Report on maintenance duties
Execute to the standard
Ensure content complements safety procedures
Ensure content complements quality procedures
Ensure content complements legal procedures
Educate driver safety standards
Educate driver compliance standards
Audit driver safety standards
Audit driver compliance standards
Measure on-road quality
Identify re-training opportunities
Identify process improvement opportunities
Drive different motor vehicles
Drive in accordance with DOT requirements
Stay connected to the operation
Participate in on-road processes
Be a resource for driver training questions
Work as a peer trainer
Motivate Delivery Associates
Coach Delivery Associates
Provide feedback to Delivery Associates
Travel to multiple sites
Track performance for non-CDL driver training
Provide identified retraining opportunities
Provide identified process improvement opportunities
